A concept born out of a need to stay informed and competitive, with no time to study every new management or business book that comes around – even if they’re NYT bestsellers and they might really benefit you.
At the request of a client, we developed a way for their people to stay on the cutting edge of business thinking by absorbing the major concepts in all the best new business books, as well as some of the classics. So how did we do that, you ask?
We conceived Acceler-ate, where participants devote one lunch a month to eat together and get a detailed briefing on the hottest new concepts in business. Attendee’s leave with a good understanding of the core concepts and principles put forth by the author and can then decide whether to purchase the book and study it in depth.
Acceler-ate is now available to all of our clients. You decide what category or what particular book would likely benefit your organization the most – we’ll do the rest. On the chosen day, your people will fill their stomachs and their heads as they listen to some of the best in business thinking. And because they’ve all heard the same message, it is likely to be the topic of water cooler conversation for at least several days to come.
It's like an executive book summary on steroids.
