Leadership Development
A series of seminars designed to identify and target emerging leaders, preparing them to fulfill their role as influencers within the organization.
Using the well-known and highly-regarded “The Leadership Challenge” by Kouzes and Posner as a model and text, we facilitate as participants learn to:
1. Challenge the process.
2. Inspire a shared vision.
3. Enable other to act.
4. Model the way.
5. Encourage the heart.
Participants will learn to identify their own leadership style and the practices that have worked bestfor them when they were at their best.
They will also determine where they can hone five important leadership practices and identify their next challenge for peak performance. Leaders will find their voice for leading those they are responsible for – communicating their vision and goals in such a way that others will be inspired to performance and commitment.
